Mission
At Colorado Kitty Coalition, we are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats and kittens across Northern Colorado. We believe every cat deserves a chance at a safe, loving home—and we work tirelessly to make that a reality through community partnerships, foster programs, and compassionate care.
Story
Colorado Kitty Coalition was born out of a simple truth: too many cats and kittens in our region are left to fend for themselves. Founded by a group of passionate volunteers and animal lovers, we saw a need for grassroots solutions—especially for vulnerable strays, pregnant mama cats, and orphaned litters.
What started as a few foster homes quickly grew into a network of dedicated volunteers, local veterinary partners, and community champions. From mountain towns to city neighborhoods, we’ve created a rescue system that meets cats where they are and helps them get where they need to be.
Through our foster-based model, we’re able to offer individual attention and a home environment to every cat in our care. We work with adopters to find the best fit for each feline personality, and we provide support every step of the way.
What we do
